On this page, you can input daily data and generate results in an Excel file.
Instructions for Data Entry:
- Please input the project name at the top of the form.
- Input the school details in the second column.
- Choose the date from the calendar provided.
- Enter the number of students present.
- Enter the number of packs distributed.
- If inventory was received, input the amount. If no inventory was received, enter 0.
